Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account" link in the upper right corner, then "Review orders / track packages" to check your order status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account" link in the upper right corner, then "Change Quantities / Cancel Orders" to check your order status. Please note that once an order has begun processing, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account" link in the upper right corner, then "Review Orders / Track Packages" to check your order status.  Click your tracking number to follow your packages status and expected arrival date.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account" link in the upper right corner, then "Review orders / track packages" to check your order tracking status. If your order status displays your package tracking numbers, and your packages show a status of "delivered", FIRST please call your local Post Office with your tracking number immediately to let them know that your package was not delivered as stated on your tracking notice. If you need us to add "signature required" to your package or special instructions for your postal carrier, please let us know in the comment box during your checkout process. We are not to be held responsible for stolen packages. If they are unable to locate your package, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Your receipt will be marked BO next to an item if it has been back ordered. We typically inform you by email before we ship your order to give you the opportunity to make a substitute selection if needed. If you are still missing an item please contact us for assistance. Please have your order number available.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Back orders happen with almost 7000 bead type/color/finish combinations. If our main importer is also sold out we are Happy to try to obtain the item elsewhere for you. We will keep close contact by email to let you know the status of being able to obtain your item and when we expect to be able to ship it to you.
